Analyse your past performances. Think back to past exams and any feedback you received from them. How might you improve your performance? Consider ways in which you might approach the forthcoming exam differently. If you have kept past papers and answers to continuous assessment exercises, look at any specific comments your lecturers may have made.

Share revision notes with other students. Make a revision plan (see pp. 535,557 ) and then allocate some time to discussing your revision notes with a colleague. Try to learn from his or her approach. Discuss any issues you do not agree upon.
