Which loop should you use when you know the number of required iterations?

A "for loop" is a type of loop that iterates a specific number of times. When the number of required iterations is known beforehand, it is more suited to use a "for loop". This is because "for loops" inherently have a built-in counter variable, exit condition, and update mechanism that make them convenient for situations when the number of iterations is predetermined. On the other hand, "while loops" require the programmer to manage these aspects manually and are better suited for situations where the loop has to run as long as specific conditions are met or for scenarios where the number of iterations cannot be known in advance.
