(a)Since $x=-2$, the point is to the left of the $y-$axis. Also, since $y=-3$, the point is below the $x-$axis. The point $(-2,-3)$is in Quadrant III.

(b)Since $x=3$, the point is to the right of the $y-$axis. Since $y=-3$, the point is below the $x-$axis. The point $(3,-3)$is in Quadrant lV.

(c)Since $x=-4$,the point is to the left of the $y-$axis. Also, since $y=1$, the point is above the $x-$axis. The point is $(-4,1)$in Quadrant II.

(d)Since $x=4$, the point is to the right of the $y-$axis. Since $y=-1$, the point is below the axis. The point $(4,-1)$is in Quadrant lV.
