For Surface A

The lines of the field will be directed out wards from the surface.

For surface B

The lines will be directed out of the surface

For Surface C

The lines will be directed out of the surface

For Surface E

The lines will also be directed out of the surface

So, the electric field is directed outwards hence, there is a net field and a net charge as well.

From the above we have already seen that all the field lines are directed outwards. And since both the charges are positive, then the electric field is zero at mid distance of charges.The electric field lines will be directed out of the surface.
