Mass of Tatiana is $m_T=50.2kg$.

Mass of Bill is $m_B=68.2\mathrm{kg}$.

Mass of Ricardo is $m_R=81.8\mathrm{kg}$.

Mass of Melanie is $m_M=59.1\mathrm{kg}$.

From the diagram,

Time taken by Tatiana is $T_T=31\mathrm{s}$.

Time taken by Bill is $T_B=50\mathrm{s}$.

Time taken by Ricardo is $T_R=45\mathrm{s}$.

Time taken by Melanie is $T_M=53\mathrm{s}$.

The average amount of work done or energy converted per unit time is known as average power output that is given by,

Here, W is work done, and T is time.

The work done against the gravity to reach height h is given by,

Find the average power output for Tatiana as follows.

Find the average power output for Bill as follows.

Find the average power output for Ricardo as follows.

Find the average power output for Melanie as follows.

From the above calculations, Ricardo has the largest average power output of $P_{{\mathrm{avg}}_R}=285\mathrm{watt}$, and Melanie has the smallest average power output of $P_{{\mathrm{avg}}_M}=175.85\mathrm{watt}$.

Therefore, Ricardo has the largest average power output, and Melanie has the smallest average power output

It is given that Chang is very fit, and has a mass of $m_C=62.3\mathrm{kg}$and his average power output is$P_{av{g}_C}=1\mathrm{hp}$ or $P_{{\mathrm{avg}}_C}=746\mathrm{watt}$.

From equation (3),
